Delivery Methods |
Delivery is determined by the time you order.
All valid orders placed before 1:00pm MST Monday through
Friday (Excluding holidays) get shipped the same day. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out on Monday
Shipping Times:
DHL - Overnight air is 1 business day.
DHL - 2nd day air is 2 business days
DHL - Express Saver is 3 business days
DHL - Ground is 5-7 business days
US Mail takes a little longer.

DHL Overnight |
Orders placed Monday through Thursday before 1:00pm MST, you will
have your order the next business day.
Orders placed on Friday before 1:00pm MST, you will have your order
on Monday.
Orders placed on Friday after 1:00pm MST or Saturday or Sunday,you
will receive your order on Tuesday.

How do I reset my password? |
1. You must use your email address when prompted.
|
| 2. If you get the message "email address not found" you will need
to call 1-888-758-1818 during business hours. M-F 6:00am - 5:00pm PST. |
3. Check your email you will find your new password.
|
4. When you log back in, you Must type in your new password. Do not copy and paste because it will not work.
|
5. If you still have problems call during business hours M-F 6:00am - 5:00pm PST and request a new password. (You provide the password)
