How to transfer design from sketchbook:
Copy the design you have chosen on any copy machine. Next, pencil over the image against ink side of transfer paper. The image will transfer from the inked stencil paper to the back of the copied design. Next, apply Stencil Magic (Superior Tattoo store item #20605) to the skin and transfer image.

This book is almost the same as Jim Watson's Sketch book that is $39. In fact all of the art work from this book is by Jim Watson. Some of the pages are the same in the two books as well as designs. This is a great book filled with money makers so I will recommend. But do yourself the favor and spend $5 more and get the 100 page Jim Watson book. Its worth it.
