    Answer: Yes, by mixing with distilled water.

    Q.WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THIS INK AND OUTLINING INK
    A. Tribal black is a thicker, darker black ink. Outlining ink is thin, perfect for outlining.
