    Q.got the ink on time but some of the ink was clumpy and not like liquid...made a lot of problems with clogging up the tubes. any suggestions?
    A.We suggest you shake the bottle before you pour the ink into the ink cap. If the ink is still too thick, you can thin out the ink by adding distilled water.

    WOW Arrived in record time, I thought I would have had to wait a week? It got here in 3 days!! The packaging was great and it was safe when it got here. Small bottles though looks like the size of Visine A eyedrops bottle, about 3 inches tall, 1 inch wide. Otherwise great inks!!!!
