Q. why is there more ink in some and not as much in others and why when i recieved my ink it looks like it was already used (there was ink in the tip) are you guys giving me a different ink in the starbrite bottle?
A.We are not the manufacturers of Starbrite colors, but an authorized distributor. The reason for the ink in the spout is because the cap may have not been tight or damaged in shipping. The Starbrite ink is guaranteed to be authentic from the manufacturer.
