Orders may only be placed by the credit card holder. Your name and address will be verified with the issuing bank and the order will be shipped ONLY TO THAT ADDRESS. Card Holder must fax in Front/Back of Credit Card and a copy of Driver's licenses before order will be processed. COD: A charge of $7.00 will be added to each COD ORDER in addition to Shipping & Handling. No International CODs. Superior Tattoo Equipment offers C.O.D. as option for its customers that have previously placed an order. If you have not previously placed an order with Superior Tattoo Equipment, please choose a different payment option. When you place a C.O.D. order, please be prepared to accept the order and pay for the parcel when it arrives with a Certified Check or Money Order made payable to SUPERIOR TATTOO EQUIPMENT, INC.
