    What are my Duties and Taxes?

    You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to your country. When ordering from Superior, the recipient is the importer of product and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Customs policies vary from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

    When will I receive my package outside the United States?

      Priority Typically Arrives in Country in about 1-3 Business Days*
        
      *Customs inspections may delay packages due to the inspection time, there may be additional delay's beyond our control due to Duties / Taxes or Import Licenses that are required before packages will be released.

      Express Mail International(NOT AVAILABLE IN ALL AREAS) Typically Arrives in Country in about 5-8 Business Days *

          Unfortunately the United States Postal Service provides tracking numbers, but when tracking provides little or no information.

    Return / Warranty Policy

    ***No Returns***

    We have a no return policy. You do have a 90 day warranty if your product is defective. This warranty only applies to machines, power supplies, footswitches and clip cords. Please contact our technical support department (602)433-1888 8:30am - 4:30pm PST. Merchandise returned will not be accepted without the return authorization code provided by our Technical support Rep.

    What are my payment options for International Orders?

    2. All International orders must fax ** photo copies or email scanned images of the front and back of credit card and picture ID (passport or driver's license).

        **This step is to prevent credit card fraud and is for your protection. Once noted on your account, these documents will be shredded or deleted. For your protection you can black out all but the last 4 digits and the security code on your credit card. Please make sure any photocopies or scans are clear and easy to read.
